How do I access the NFSG 360 portal?

To access the NFSG 360 portal, simply click on the login link provided above and enter your credentials. You can also download the mobile app on iOS and Android.

How do I reset my password?

If you need to reset your password for the NFSG 360 portal, you can do so by clicking on the 'Trouble Logging In?' link on the login page, then click I forgot my password. Follow the instructions provided to reset your password. For more detailed instructions, reference the article here.

How do I request access?

All advisory accounts are automatically enrolled and an invite is sent to your registered email address with your username and instructions to setup your account.

How do I retrieve my username?

If you can’t remember your username, on the login page, click Trouble Logging In?, select the I forgot my username. option. When prompted, enter your registered email address, and click Retrieve My Username. You'll receive an email from NFSG with your username.

How do I contact support?

If you have any questions or need assistance with the NFSG 360 portal, our support team is available to help. You can email 360@nfsgwealth.com and an agent will reach out to assist as soon as immediately possible.

How do I unlock my account?

If you have 3 failed login attempts, the system will suspend access and you must proceed with the following steps to unlock your account and reset your password.

Click the Trouble Logging In? link on the login page, select I need to unlock my account, enter your username and click Unlock My Account.

An email with further instructions will be sent to your email address. Click the link in the email to unlock your account and reset your password.

How do I request my other accounts to be linked to my existing login?

Only advisory accounts are available in NFSG 360. All other accounts must be accessed on the FIS Investor Portal here.

What do I do if I don't remember the answer to my security questions?

If you cannot recall your security quesitons to login to NFSG 360, email us at 360@nfsgwealth.com and we can reset your account and you will be able to register new security questions.
